How to use chopping board




This is our wood fiber chopping board, it is made of selected natural oak splicing, moderate hardness, not easy to damage the knife, deform or burst. Wood chips will not be generated during use. Moisture and mildew proof; Natural sterilization, easy to clean, it is a good helper in the kitchen.

When we buy a chopping board, how to use it?  You can refer to the following points:

1. Before using the chopping board, rinse with clean water to wash off the dust on the chopping board.

2. Rinse the chopping board again after use and wipe it clean with a rag. Hang the chopping board on the wall or use a stand to dry it upright in the shade to prevent the chopping board from discoloring or mouldy due to dampness.

3. Do not use detergent to clean, because the cleaning fluid will penetrate into the chopping board, which will cause mold and rotten on the chopping board for a long time, and it is quite unsanitary to use it to handle food.

4. If the chopping board has processed food with heavy oil content, you can use hot water to continuously brush and quickly remove the oil.

5. If the chopping board emits fishy smell or other peculiar smell, it can be cleaned with lemon and coarse salt. When the cutting board has cracks or black spots, it is time to discard it.

6. Note that the chopping board should not be placed in direct sunlight to avoid excessive drying and cracking of the chopping board.
